Terry Jacobson started his own CPA practice in 1982 after working with a national CPA firm for several years. In 2001 he established Jacobson Adler, LLC. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia and a Master’s Degree in Taxation from the University of New Orleans.
Terry has extensive experience in the areas of tax, accounting and auditing, as well as negotiating with the IRS and other taxing authorities on disputed tax matters. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA), the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the AICPA’s Tax Division.
Terry is also active in his community. He currently serves as Treasurer of his synagogue.
Terry lives with his wife Shellie in Metairie, LA. He has three children and three grandchildren.
